IVA STAC
I’m a junior digital specialist passionate about integrating sustainability into business strategies. With an interest for developing brand’s digital presence, I constantly seek to innovate and implement new ideas in brand’s digital communication. Over the past two years, I’ve played a key role in developing Donat’s digital strategy on 6 key markets, and implemented its sustainability initiatives, including crafting the brand’s first sustainability report. Working in digital marketing drives me to constantly stay on my toes when it comes to novelties, but the aspect of sustainability keeps me grounded in its implementation, which I believe is the perfect mix.
I’m currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Environmental Management, enhancing my understanding of sustainability practices, and complementing my digital expertise for multidisciplinary projects.

This website has a minimalist design with a simple layout and without unnecessary elements, prioritizing essential content, thus decreasing data transfer and energy consumption.
LIGHT COLOURS
This website uses lighter colours and has no high-contrast colours. This requires less energy to display on screens, resulting in lower energy consumption.
USE OF CDN
This website utilizes CDN to distribute website content across multiple servers, reducing server load and energy consumption.
EDUCATION
I believe education is an important aspect of life, as it fosters critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability – qualities that are important in today’s world.
That is why I continue my educational journey.

MY FUTURE WITH AMCHAM SLOVENIA
SNOWBALL 3.0?
I see myself as a member of the Snowball Center of optimism project in the AmCham community. The goal of this project resonates with me: bold and penetrating ideas, for Slovenia to become a country of optimism and opportunity. I believe I can contribute to the debate with my ideas and make sure we integrate sustainable practices into the initiatives, ensuring that they drive positive social change and adhere to principles of sustainability.
Since digital platforms can be powerful tools when driving societal changes, their implementation in the next projects is unavoidable, also on the side of the Snowball Center. I believe the landing page of Snowball center needs a refresh, with additional, updated information.
The landing needs to serve as an informative tool as well as an inspiration for those who need to be reminded that great ideas start with a spark, you just need to be persistent in the implementation.
